Ramandeep Singh made his T20I debut for India in the 3rd T20I against South Africa at SuperSport Park, Centurion, on November 13. The 27-year-old all-rounder, handed his cap by Hardik Pandya, replaced Avesh Khan in the playing XI. Ramandeep rose to prominence with his powerful performances for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the 2024 IPL, contributing to their title-winning campaign.
Retained by KKR for IPL 2025, he joins key players like Rinku Singh, Sunil Narine, and Andre Russell in the squad. In the 2024 season, he scored 125 runs at an impressive strike rate of over 201.61, excelling as a finisher. The pace-bowling all-rounder, who debuted in 2022 with Mumbai Indians, has also been a standout player for Punjab in domestic cricket, playing a vital role in their Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy win last season.
