Paris Saint-Germain have been monitoring Joshua Kimmich
Paris Saint-Germain have been monitoring Bayern Munich midfielder Joshua Kimmich for months and nearly brought him in last summer. Now, they’re making another push to seal the deal.
According to a recent report by journalist Christian Falk, PSG is still very interested in Kimmich because his Bayern contract status is still open.
Last summer, PSG made an attempt to sign him, but Kimmich turned them down. Although Liverpool and Inter Milan are also in the running, their interest has been rekindled this time. A contract extension between Kimmich and Bayern is still up for negotiation. With Kimmich nearing the conclusion of his contract, TEAMtalk said Monday that Inter Milan is starting to seem like a serious candidate to sign him. According to the source, Inter is in discussions to offer Kimmich a lucrative four-year contract, although they have not yet made an official offer. Inter would be a strong candidate to sign him if that were to occur.
