Juventus, are eyeing a summer swoop for Osimhen
Record Serie A Champions, Juventus, are eyeing a summer swoop for Super Eagles striker, Victor James Osimhen, alongside Newcastle United’s Sandro Tonali, Soccernet.ng reports.
After his effort to go to the English Premier League failed, Osimhen joined Galatasaray on a season-long loan from Napoli, and Tonali has had a spectacular season under Eddie Howe.
While Tonali is leading Newcastle to a spot in the English Premier League top four alongside Bruno Guimaraes and Joelinton in midfield, the Napoli loanee has scored 17 goals and given five assists in 23 appearances for Okan Buruk's team this season in all competitions. Juventus is considering a double summer move for Newcastle United midfielder Sandro Tonali and Victor Osimhen, according to Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport. Juventus Sporting Director Cristiano Giuntoli has already begun working on his roster planning ahead of a summer makeover, with the goal of strengthening the team with a quality addition to each department following last year's technological revolution at the Allianz Arena in Turin.
