Prior to Manchester City sabotaging their attempt, renowned agent Federico Pastorello said that Inter Milan "wanted" to sign Vitor Reis. Pastorello talked about the Brazilian's exit from Palmeiras in his most recent appearance with Radio Sportiva via FCInterNews. During the January transfer window, Vitor Reis left his childhood club to join the defending Premier League winners. In fact, Man City paid £29.6 million to sign the 19-year-old defender to a four-and-a-half-year deal.
