Lecce held Juventus to a 1-1 draw
Juventus remain unbeaten in Serie A this season, though will have been frustrated after Ante Rebic's stoppage-time leveller for Lecce.
After Lecce held Juventus to a 1-1 draw thanks to a last-minute equaliser from Ante Rebic, Juventus was once again disappointed in Serie A. Rebic, a replacement, equalised in the third minute of stoppage time on Sunday after Nikola Krstovic's brilliant run and amazing cross.
When Andrea Cambiaso's weak attempt accidentally bounced off Kialonda Gaspar and went past defenceless custodian Wladimiro Falcone in the 68th minute, he had opened the score. Just seven minutes into the match, after excellent play by Kenan Yildiz, Khephren Thuram missed a gilt-edged chance that would have given Thiago Motta's team the lead. After finishing on the rebound after Falcone parried Teun Koopmeiners' long-range attempt, Timothy Weah also had a goal disallowed for offside. Lecce sits in 16th place, two points above the relegation zone, while Juventus is sixth in the rankings and six points behind leaders Napoli after an eighth draw in just 14 league games this season.
