Tottenham and Rangers drew 1-1 in their Europa League match
Tottenham were staring down the barrel of defeat against Rangers in the Europa League before Dejan Kulusevski's intervention.
Tottenham and Rangers drew 1-1 in their Europa League match on Thursday, with Dejan Kulusevski saving a hardly earned point for Tottenham. At a heated Ibrox, the home team played well, and Hamza Igamane's well-taken attempt soon after the half gave them a well-earned lead. However, with 15 minutes left, Kulusevski raced home, sparing former Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou from a humiliating loss at the home of his old enemies.
After twenty-five minutes, Fraser Forster denied Vaclav Cerny, and Nedim Bajrami failed to fully connect with Jefte's superb low centre from the left. Spurs finally started to show their fangs as Jack Butland was quick to deny Pedro Porro from close range and Brennan Johnson smashed over the top from just inside the penalty area when he could have done better.
