Viktor Tsygankov is reportedly a top target for Premier League teams, with three English teams who compete in the Champions League scheduled to scout the winger, according to Caught Offside. Three teams—Aston Villa, Liverpool, and Arsenal—plan to send observers to monitor the Ukrainian winger. Viktor Tsygankov wanted to make a significant transfer away from Girona and build on his outstanding performance in the 23–24 season. The winger was undoubtedly willing to join a Premier League team if Girona received a genuine offer, which it most likely never did. 

With the exception of a few firm stares, Tsygankov observed his fellow Girona teammates—including his compatriot Artem Dovbyk—making their major movements while others went unnoticed by the interested clubs. Arsenal and Aston Villa had a brief interest in the 26-year-old La Liga winger, but they never made a bid to see how serious the Spanish team was about landing him.
