Chelsea is reportedly interested in Lautaro Martinez, according to a report by the Italian publication Inter Live. The Blues are still looking for a striker, but it's doubtful that they'll make a bid for the Inter Milan captain before the summer transfer window of 2025. In the meanwhile, the Argentine striker is valued at about €100 million by the current Serie A winners. Since moving from Racing Club to Inter Milan in July 2018, Lautaro Martinez has established himself as one of the world's top attackers. The South American forward, who became the team captain at the start of the 2023–24 season, has advanced significantly over the past six years.

Martinez, whose standout efforts in the closing third helped Inter Milan win the Serie A title last season, has reached his peak as club captain. The Argentine striker is still very important to the Nerazzurri even if he hasn't scored in his two games this season.
